About the role

The role is responsible for purchasing materials, equipment and services, continuously developing and qualifying suppliers, and ensuring optimal pricing for assigned materials. The position supports strategic and project purchasing, supervises supplier delivery to avoid material shortages and project delays, and strictly complies with company rules and regulations.

本岗位负责物料、设备及服务的采购工作，不断开发并评估潜在供应商，确保所负责物料获得最优价格。同时，本岗位负责战略采购及项目采购，监督供应商交付以避免物料短缺和项目延误，并严格遵守公司各项规章制度。

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for new potential suppliers for the responsible materials in new projects, collect, analyze, and record quotations, price comparisons and initiate pre-selection and supplier audit.

为新项目寻找负责物料的潜在供应商，收集，分析并保存报价，比价，安排供应商初选和审核。

• Responsible for completing localization of responsible materials.

负责完成所负责物料种类的国产化工作。

• Work closely with R&D and QM departments to follow up samples until mass production of new materials.

与研发和质量部门密切合作，对新产品样品进行追踪直至批量生产。

• Continuously monitoring/seeking and implementation of material cost reduction via different methods and strategies, lead price negotiation.

通过各种方法和战略来持续优化并监控所负责物料的成本，主导价格谈判。

• Interface with group lead buyer to ensure buying in best price of responsible materials.

与所负责物料的集团采购合作，以确保买到最优价格。

• Work closely with MRP controller to implement strategic purchasing method of responsible materials.

与物料计划人员密切合作，实施所负责物料的战略采购计划。

• Maintain SAP master data of responsible materials.

维护SAP里所负责的物料数据。

• Maintain SAP data of suppliers.

维护SAP里供应商信息。

• Participate in supplier audit/assessment/development.

参与供应商审核/评估/开发。

• Negotiation of price and contract.

价格及合同的谈判。

• To file and keep the documentation related to purchasing activities. Necessary statistics and reports.

存档保管采购活动的记录。必要的统计和报表。

• Training of junior purchasing engineers

培训初级采购工程师

• Other tasks from the immediate supervisor.

上级安排的其他任务。

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or electrocommunication or International Trading or Management

工科或电子通信或者国际贸易学士学位或管理类

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

不少于 5 年相关工作经验

• Office software, excellent in Excel or Powerpoint

• Computer use and text type
