Must have senior-level leadership experience in a supply chain and logistics environment, with a proven record of delivering results through continuous improvement and operational excellence. Demonstrated understanding of transportation, distribution, inventory management, inventory control, and supply chain economics is required.
The successful candidate will possess strong execution skills, the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and experience balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day operational requirements. The role requires excellent organizational, planning, communication, and team-building skills, along with the ability to conceptualize, design, implement, and monitor supply chain strategies, policies, processes, and systems.
Broad business knowledge across sales, customer service, purchasing, logistics, finance, IT, and other functional areas is strongly preferred. Familiarity with network optimization and supply chain modeling is desirable.
