Job Title:

Sr. Supervisor, WellbeingSenior Wellbeing (HSE) Supervisor role based in El Salvador, leading HSE/Wellbeing initiatives with regional scope (MX/GT/SV). Ensure legal compliance and drive ISO 14001/45001 performance, audits, and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute HSE/Wellbeing programs across sites; partner closely with Operations, HR, and Real Estate.

• Ensure local legal compliance and maintain audit-ready management systems.

• Drive ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 activities (audits, corrective actions, evidence control, continuous improvement).

• Promote a strong safety and wellbeing culture through trainings, prevention plans, incident follow-up, and reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a senior HSE/EHS/SST role with proven leadership and cross-functional influence.

• Hands-on experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (implementation and/or audits).

• English level B2 (conversational).

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and emotional intelligence; ability to work with on-site and remote teams.

• Availability to work on-site and move between company locations in Mexico
