Job Description

Concentrix Malaysia is hiring a Senior Facility Supervisor to manage facility operations within a contact center environment and ensure the smooth functioning of all critical building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities
• Manage HVAC, electrical, UPS, generator, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and statutory requirements
• Lead and supervise facility team members

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facility Supervisor in a Contact Centre/BPO environment
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, UPS, generators, electrical systems, and building maintenance
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and facility-related projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
