Job Summary

Responsible to build & implement the solution within the designed architecture for Identity Services, with a focus on Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, ADFS, AD Connect, DFS, Domain Management Services, Certificates & Private Key Infrastructure.
Perform POC & various tests on process with help of test cases and prepare documents for same and coordinate with Project/program/transition manager to resolve all issues within required timeframe and inform management of any delays.
Provide technical guidance as and when required on behalf of sub-competency to make sure design & implementations are in line with defined best practice and policy and meet the design requirements.
Working closely with the respective BAU/CO team to ensure that the technology design being delivered by engineering are aligned with and move the architecture from the current to future state.
Ensures technical quality and assurance by participating in Architecture Governance and Technical Design peer review processes, working closely with customer and internal stakeholders as appropriate.
Prepare architectural design drawings, presentations, and detailed construction documents like HLD, LLD. Identify areas for improvement in Identity Services and develop and implement plans to address them.
Responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, providing technical leadership, and supporting business development efforts by engaging with prospects and winning new projects.
Stay updated with technical industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IDAM architectural enterprise environment.
Conduct structural analysis of the BAU projects to bring new solutions to meet the IDAM services compliant and upgraded to the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities

At least 12+ years of practical experience in analysis, design, implementation, administration, security, maintenance, and support of the IT architecture solutions in Identity and Access management services in Enterprise environment.

Extensive Experience and strong knowledge on Active Directory concepts and configuration like Domain Controllers / Site / Site Links / Subnets / OU Structuring / DNS Zones / DNS aging and Scavenging / GPOs/Domain and Trust / LDAP/LDAPS and other relevant components.

Design and implement migration strategies on Active Directory Migration (Users | Groups | Computers | Servers | Apps) from One forest to another forest.

Design and implement solutions for ADFS Infra including ADFS web proxy. Must have relevant experience in migration of ADFS to Azure AD.

Implement and Manage Hybrid identity for AD-Connect Infra including AD-connect Stagging server and monitoring automations.

Deploy/Design/Maintain Public Key Infrastructure and management, Certificates monitoring automations and Cert renew process documentations.

Deploy and Manage Active Directory Disaster Recovery Plans including backup solutions with recovery process documentation including testing of the plans on frequent time spans.

Plan and implement an identity management solution/identity governance strategy/Authentication and access management solution/

Deploy and Manage Azure AD B2B Collaboration and B2C Identities solutions in the enterprise environment.

Automation: - Experience in developing and implementing PowerShell scripts in IDAM area as per requirement or need of the business to reduce manual efforts.

Prepare and deployment of Azure AD security features like Privileged Identity Management/ Zero Trust Model/ Azure Identity Protection/ Conditional Access/ Azure Access Review/ Auditing/ Identity Secure Score/ Azure AD password protection feature.
