The Senior Indirect Strategic Sourcing Specialist is responsible for leading end-to-end strategic sourcing and category management activities for Facilities and Real Estate-related spend across Manufacturing and Commercial Operations in LATAM. This role will be working in a flex work model in Bogotá, Colombia, México or Puerto Rico and will operate within a regional and global sourcing environment. As part of a global Indirect Sourcing team, the candidate will report directly to the LATAM Strategic Sourcing Manager, based in Colombia that reports into the Director, Strategic Sourcing, based in US.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across Facilities & Real Estate categories in assigned LATAM countries, including services such as security, janitorial, facility supplies, employee transportation, cafeteria services, print, utilities, and maintenance
  • Manage and influence approximately $60M in annual spend, delivering year-over-year improvements in cost, quality, service, innovation, and risk.
  • Contribute to multi-year (at least 2 years) pipeline to support planning processes for assigned categories and geographies
  • Collaborate with Global Category Leaders to develop and execute category strategies aligned with regional and global business priorities
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with Facilities, Real Estate, Finance, Legal, EHS, Enterprise Risk, and site leadership
  • Negotiate contracts in partnership with Legal, ensuring balanced commercial terms, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for supplier-related escalations, performance management, and risk mitigation
  • Represent the Indirect Supply Management function at site and country/sub-category level, ensuring alignment with local operational needs and corporate governance
  • Ensure adherence to sourcing policies, procurement governance, and P2P processes while supporting supplier relationship management activities.
  • Leverage data analytics, market intelligence, and tools such as SAP, Ariba, Excel, and PowerBI to drive insights, performance tracking, and informed decision-making

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience in Sourcing, with 3 years of exposure to Facilities, Real Estate, or related indirect categories
  • Experience leading RFx (RFI, RFQ, RFP, e-auctions) processes and contract negotiations independently
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies, contract management, and P2P processes
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Understanding of underlying economics of categories/countries in scope
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work with high autonomy
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail while managing complex, multi‑country sourcing activities

Nice to Have

  • Experience sourcing Facilities & Real Estate categories in manufacturing/commercial environments
  • Experience working in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, or similar)
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent)
  • Experience working in multinational or highly matrixed organizations
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP and/or Ariba (Sourcing and contracts modules) is advantageous
  • Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools
  • Fluency in Portuguese
  • Project management methodology experience (formal or practical)

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
