A DAISO Sr. Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of two assigned stores within a 15-mile radius. The Sr. Store Manager will ensure the smooth running of store operations to maximize sales and minimize costs. An effective Sr. Store Manager will be able to motivate all store personnel to perform according to their maximum capability. The goal is to manage both stores in ways that boost revenues and develop the business.
·Develop business strategies to raise both store’s customer base, expand store traffic, increase basket size and optimize profitability
