What impact you’ll make:

The Enterprise Solutions team deploys, enhances and manages all ERP platforms in the GE Vernova Power segment. Our versatile team boasts unique expertise across enterprise technology platforms and business processes. As a key member of the Enterprise Solutions HD Services Initiatives team, you will help lead the charge in simplifying the ERP landscape, transforming with Cloud-native technology and operationalizing AI within our systems. In this role you will lead projects related to digital transformation of HD Services initiatives (e.g. Contracts migration, CIs, Integrated Service Management for One Field Service) and processes/applications across ERP platforms including but not limited to SAP PowerMax.

What you’ll do

• Proactively and holistically lead, consult and/or oversee multiple engagements across the Power Enterprise Solutions IT organization in response to disruptive trends and execution of change toward the desired business vision and outcomes
• Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes/sub-processes, data sources, data models, systems, and workflows into a common enterprise-wide data model within application framework.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Core SAP modules (Projects, SD, MM, FICO…) processes and supporting applications functionality. Gather requirements and collaborate with functional partners for prioritizations to drive the business outcome.
• Ensure compliance with all application policies including HPA, security and code reviews across all applications and platforms within scope.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, working with a variety of teams to identify and prioritize ways in which the product can support our internal processes, and our business users in more efficient and effective ways. Maintain relationships with key business users.
• Demonstrate ability to influence functional and development partners through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills.

• Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, including Agentic and Generative AI, industry and market trends to assist in project development for the Enterprise Solutions team.
• Organize project teams comprising from internal and external technical and functional experts. Manage program execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams.
• Provide active participation in lean improvements across the whole landscape and balance execution of requirements with landscape simplification.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
• A minimum of 12 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within IT program/product areas.

• Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analysis skills and best practices. Finds important patterns in seemingly unrelated information.
