Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager – AI/ML Digital Cloud Solutions to lead the end-to-end delivery of scalable, cloud-based AI/ML solutions that drive clinical and operational impact. This role will manage complex programs across data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML solution development within regulated environments such as medical devices or life sciences , patient care pathways.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with deep understanding of cloud platforms, AI/ML lifecycle, and healthcare workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program managementof AI/ML digital solutions, from ideation through deployment and post-launch optimization

  • Drive cross-functional alignmentacross engineering, data science, product, clinical, regulatory, and business teams

  • Manage AI/ML solution lifecycle, including data ingestion, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring

  • Oversee cloud-based solution deliveryon AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance

  • Ensure adherence to regulated industry standards(e.g., FDA, HIPAA, GxP) for medical devices or life sciences

  • Define and track program milestones, KPIs, risks, and dependencies

  • Lead data engineering, analytics, and informatics initiativesto enable high-quality AI/ML outcomes

  • Translate clinical workflows and care pathwaysinto digital and AI-driven solutions

  • Drive stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and governance processes

  • Implement Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologiesfor efficient delivery

  • Identify opportunities to enhance clinical outcomes and operational efficiencyusing AI/ML

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related)

  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on digital, cloud, or AI/ML initiatives

  • Proven experience delivering AI/ML or data-driven solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle and MLOps practices

  • Experience in medical device, healthcare, or life sciences regulated environments

  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs at scale

  • Familiarity with clinical workflows and care pathways

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

  • Solid background in data engineering, analytics, and informatics

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of various project and portfolio management methodologies with track record of implementing shared standards for large organizations

  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals

  • Self-starter - requires minimal direction to accomplish goals

  • Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives

  • Strong analytical and strong problem solving skills -communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans

  • Change oriented – actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

  • Scrum / Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe)

  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer, Google Professional ML Engineer)

  • Experience with digital health, clinical decision support, or operational optimization solutions

  • Exposure to AI governance, model validation, and regulatory compliance for AI/ML

For
U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $153,680.00-$230,520.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
