• Understand and Enhance Test Automation Analyze our test automation infrastructure to identify opportunities for enhancement based on evolving requirements.
• Support CI/CD Pipelines Collaborate with product development squads to build, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines and underlying infrastructure code.
• Develop and Apply Cloud Solutions Implement and continuously expand expertise in public cloud solutions (e.g., VMware, OpenStack, AWS, Azure, GCP) to develop, maintain, and support products.
• Contribute to Product Development Provide technical reviews and insights, aiding in the planning and development of future products within an infrastructure context.
• Promote Best Practices: Empower teams to adopt infrastructure best practices when developing new services.
• Implement IT Infrastructure: Develop, maintain, monitor, and support IT infrastructure, emphasizing automation tools and frameworks for seamless code deployment (CI/CD).
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Design and implement procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Automate Processes: Encourage and implement automation processes wherever possible to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Cybersecurity Measures: Identify and deploy appropriate cybersecurity measures through continuous vulnerability assessments and risk management.
• Optimize CI/CD Tools: Select and deploy suitable CI/CD tools to support continuous integration, development, and deployment pipelines.
• Commit to Continuous Improvement: Foster an environment of continuous improvement, adhering to DevOps and Agile principles to optimize workflows and outcomes.
• Using AI: Exploring the usage of AI for internal tool development

• BS in CS or related field
• 11+ years of hands-on quality, development and/or automation experience in virtualization and networking space
• Good at test automation and scripting skills (Python or some scripting language)
• Hand-on experience in Python, Terraform, Ansible, Robot Framework
• Working knowledge of current virtualization software, tools, protocols, and standards, including vCenter, VMware ESXi/NSX-T, Microsoft Hyper-V
• Working knowledge of any public/private cloud environment: Amazon EC2, Azure, OpenStack / other cloud platforms
• Tools like Kafka, RabbitMQ, and other messaging systems
• Use of DB like Mongo, Elastic, Redis etc
• Good knowledge of network protocols like DNS, DHCP, DDNS, TLS/HTTP(S)
• Demonstrated experience in testing highly scalable and fault tolerant systems including software upgrade, distributed control, and redundancy.
• Ability to design solutions for scale
• Ability to develop solutions for test under stress conditions
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a true passion for developing new tools

• Experience with network testing equipment such as Spirent, Avalanche, TREX
• Experience working with GUI based test automation tools (Selenium, Protractor)
• Experience with Security / Certifications testing in Cloud environment
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, CoPilot, etc
