Job Description

Responsibilities: 
  • Develop advanced CIS technologies and lead project through detailed process and process integration knowledge.
  • Complete the project from NTO to risk mass production phase to meet all PRD targets and enough yield/qualification evidence.
  • Work with pixel design group and TCAD team to design the most advanced and optimized pixel layout.
  • Collaborate with fab process integration team to establish process conditions and experiment splits.
  • Work with characterization team to analyze and debug pixel device circuit and various image related issues.
Requirements:   
  • At least 6 years of Require work or research experience in the CIS process integration or product development
  • Experience of pixel design and characterization are plus
  • Excellent knowledge of semiconductor device, unit process are plus
  • Has Industrial network in image sensor area, close relationship to TCAD vendor and some knowledge of competitor's technology.
  • MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, related field or equivalent work experience; PhD is a plus
  • Project management / People management skill and experience is a plus
  • Result oriented and embraced change behaviors
  • Language skills: English and Japanese: Business
