Sr Staff Specialist Rewards & Benefits (Samut Prakan)

Location: Samut Prakan, Thailand

Salary: 80K - 120K THB | Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for a
Rewards & Benefits specialist to join a multinational team in Samut Prakan.
This role will manage compensation programs, benefits administration, and
market analysis to support strategic HR decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise HR and managers on
  compensation and benefits topics
• Manage annual salary reviews,
  incentive programs, and job mapping
• Lead benefits administration,
  review offerings, and ensure compliance
• Perform market benchmarking,
  cost analysis, and data reporting
• Support HR and business
  leaders with policy communication
• Improve processes for
  efficiency and employee experience
• Ensure compliance with local
  and global compensation regulations
• Participate in
  compensation/benefits projects at local and global levels
• Manage external vendors for
  cost-effectiveness and quality

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree in
  HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in
  compensation & benefits (multinational background preferred)
• Deep understanding of C&B
  frameworks, laws, and practices
• Strong analytical,
  problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluency in English (spoken
  and written)
• Hands-on experience with SAP,
  SuccessFactors, and advanced Excel/Tableau
