As a seasoned R&D Engineer, you possess deep expertise in electromagnetics and advanced extraction tools, specializing in the design and development of high-speed SERDES products. Your proficiency ensures the creation of cutting-edge solutions that deliver exceptional performance and reliability.
With over a decade of experience in CMOS, FinFET, and GAA technologies, you have honed your skills in using advanced tools like Helic, HFSS or ADS. Your expertise extends to developing sophisticated electromagnetic extraction and simulation methodologies, ensuring the integrity and performance of products operating in the 10Gbps to 500Gbps range.
Your problem-solving skills are exceptional, allowing you to define pragmatic solutions.
Communication is your strong suit, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and a globally distributed design team. You have a proven track record of successful collaboration, solution deployment, and a collaborative mindset that drives innovation and efficiency.
You will be part of the design enablement, and methodology expert team that focuses on developing and refining methodologies for electromagnetic extraction and simulation. This team supports diverse product lines by ensuring robust electromagnetic performance and facilitating seamless integration of solutions across different domains. Your contributions will be pivotal in driving the innovation and efficiency of Synopsys' product development processes.
