Job Description

Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex hardware development programs, ensuring delivery from planning stages through mass production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, software, marketing, finance, sales, customers, and external suppliers, to achieve program objectives.
• Develop and implement robust program management methodologies, including project planning, dependency mapping, critical path analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact timelines or deliverables.
• Prepare and present regular program status updates, performance reports, and escalation plans to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate project governance activities, including gate reviews, milestone assessments, and decision-making forums.
• Establish effective communication structures and meeting cadences to ensure alignment and accountability across all stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in program execution processes, ensuring best practices and operational excellence are consistently applied.
• Support organizational initiatives and contribute to the development of efficient project management frameworks and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of project or program management experience within engineering, semiconductor, electronics, or related technology industries.
• Strong technical understanding and practical exposure to hardware development environments, including technologies such as microcontrollers, processors, system-on-chip platforms, memory products, or similar semiconductor solutions.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex projects involving multiple departments and global stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, resource coordination, and program governance.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Microsoft Project, as well as collaboration and project tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities with strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in international and cross-cultural environments, with strong English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in fast-paced and highly collaborative settings.
• PMP, PMA, or equivalent project management certifications are considered advantageous.
