Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Drive operational excellence, resiliency, and stability across distributed commerce and payments platforms
• Design, implement, and manage monitoring and observability solutions
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Define and manage SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs to ensure system reliability
• Build and enhance automation for system reliability and operational efficiency
• Perform performance tuning and capacity planning for scalable systems

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or related roles
• Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog)
• Hands-on experience in incident management and production support environments
• Solid understanding of SRE principles, SLAs/SLOs/SLIs
• Experience with automation and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience in performance optimization and capacity planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
