Job Duties Designs and develops Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and testing frameworks while owning end-to-end technical design decisions. Defines and governs architecture and implementation patterns for Salesforce Flows, Apex automation, and integrations used across the team. Leads the design and implementation of REST/SOAP integrations and asynchronous processing strategies (Future, Queueable, Batch, Bulk APIs) to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. Owns Salesforce managed package strategy across Financial Services Cloud and Sales Cloud, including versioning, custom metadata design, feature management, and permission-based access control. Leads release planning and deployment governance, including sandbox strategy, CI/CD pipelines, deployment approvals, and rollback readiness using Copado and GitHub. Performs code reviews, mentors developers, and provides technical guidance to ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices. Serves as an escalation point for complex production issues, leading root cause analysis and implementing long-term system improvements.
Job Requirements Requires Bachelor's or Master's in Information Technology, Computer Science and Engineering, or a related field and 60 months of progressive, post-bachelor's experience(60 months with a bachelor's or 48 months with a master's) in a related occupation. . Experience must include 24 months of experience involving the following: Salesforce application development, including Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce Pages, and Test Classes; Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, including asynchronous processing with Future, Queueable, and Batch Apex; Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including FSC data models, Apex-based business l logic, Lightning Components, and automation to support financial services workflows; Salesforce Managed Package development, including protected Custom Metadata Types, Feature Management, and custom permission-based access control; CI/CD and DevOps tools, such as Copado, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Azure pipelines, for deployment automation; and Salesforce Bulk APIs to process large-scale data asynchronously without impacting system performance. .
We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
