We’re looking for a Sr. Specialist Retail Media Partnership to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “tMart”, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Own talabat mart country trade campaign strategy and calendar in alignment with country commercial lead.
  • Drive sales of NMR solutions to suppliers and achieve sales targets.
  • Plan, project manage and measure all talabat mart campaigns.

  • Work closely with Category and Grocery Marketing on opportunities to grow sales and surface assortments and promotions.

  • Support in management of creative production for trade-driving campaigns

  • Set up media assets in app inc. campaign landing pages, banners, boosted SKUs

  • Plan and execute tailored and targeted campaigns to drive growth

  • Coordinate between commercial teams and marketing teams to align on featured promotions and products.

  • Proactively recommend and support in the development and implementation of new strategies to boost volume growth, while keeping margins on target

  • Analyze all on-going campaigns, including daily tracking of performance and budget management

  • Execute all aspects of the life-cycle management process.

  • Conduct and implement a competitive intelligence and market insights review process

  • Analyze data sets to identify consumer and market trends, and suggest high impact growth strategies

  • Work with the Marketing team to develop content to drive brand awareness, sessions, new customer acquisition and orders

  • Work with CRM and Performance teams to identify and track campaign success in delivering business objectives, analyze relevant data streams to lead improvements

Qualifications

What Did We Order?

  • At least 3 years of experience in campaign management/ marketing/ category management within E-commerce/ FMCG/ Grocery retailers

  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

  • Proficiency in English Language, Arabic preferred

  • Strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization software is a plus (Looker, Tableau)
