Role Summary

We’re looking for a Sr. Specialist Retail Media & Campaigns to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “talabat mart”, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!

You are responsible to assist the Trade Campaign Manager and coordinate events to promote a particular project, including advertising initiatives and marketing campaigns. Your duty also includes coordinating the efforts of various stakeholders and marketing roles, and assisting on developing strategic plans for communicating a brand message.

WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE?

• Work with partner brands to and support in growing their business across the various verticals on talabat.
• Build and manage relationships with key clients and media agency partners
• Become an expert on talabat solutions and adapt recommendations based on advertiser needs and optimize campaign performance that fulfills partner goals.
• Work with talabat mart commercial teams to support commercial initiatives and drive results.
• Drive deals to closure in a new business environment and retain and grow existing relationships between brands and the talabat platform.
• Partner with priority markets to ensure all teams are aligned on the account priorities and tracking against them –providing interventional support where needed.
• Accountable for the management of marketing activations for the categories within your business unit across talabat’s relevant verticals across all marketing and media channels.
• Work with the partner's cross functional resources to define regional learning agenda and help to activate this with regional & local teams
• Understand and learn about the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
• Build an internal community to secure support, drive scaled learnings and cross regional sharing.
• Analyzing and providing inputs for more effective promotional activities such as consumer preferences, local competitors and trends.

Qualifications

WHAT DID WE ORDER?

• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field related to client management, account management, or agency experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an FMCG, marketing, or media agency.
• E-commerce experience is a plus.
• Experience working effectively with cross functional teams at all levels of management.
• You have excellent analytical and communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools
