What is your role?

As part of the Procurement Operations team, this role develops solutions to operational and technical challenges, supports project execution, and applies strong procurement and cross-functional expertise to improve efficiency and resolve complex issues.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

  • Achieve defined objectives within established parameters (time, cost, and quality), while making informed resource allocation decisions.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information and materials
  • Develop innovative technical solutions to complex problems, applying creativity and sound judgment
  • Contribute to the successful execution of assigned programs and projects
  • Act as a representative of the organization, delivering effective solutions to complex technical issues for internal and external stakeholders

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelors degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in Procurement operations.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience managing the end-to-end procurement cycle.
  • Experience in invoice resolution, including identifying and resolving discrepancies between purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices.
  • Advanced English
