We are seeking a skilled professional to join the company in our Procurement team. This role will be responsible for managing process improvement initiatives from regional and global stakeholders for Source to Pay. This position will be located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to new ways of working for Source to Pay processes in alignment with Global governance.
  • Direct first level support and inquiries for resolution in all Source to Pay systems.
  • Handle escalation and work with second level support on solutions.
  • Manage all key user activities including testing, integration and implementation of new solutions.
  • Manage and create documentation and manuals for end user trainings.
  • Conduct and manage training for end users.
  • Support and implement new tools including management of present systems including SAP ERP, EveryAngle, Business Warehouse, MySourcing, Kemstore and Microsoft Office tools (ie, MS Forms and Power BI).
  • Support collaboration between Procurement, Global IT and Operational Excellence.
  • Continuous and own knowledge expansion and sharing of new innovative processes.
  • Act as Robotics automation key owner and facilitator.
  • Act and lead as Ivalua Administrator in MySourcing platform.
  • Lead ad hoc projects as directed by supervisor.
  • Manage process improvement initiatives from regional and global stakeholders for Source to Pay

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field and 3 years of progressive experience in project management and/or SAP process development area; 3 years of applying knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement processes and strategy; 3 years of experience working with SAP (including macros) and applying reporting skills, including in MM module and Master Data area; 3 years of project management experience; 3 years of experience in robotics process automation; 3 years of experience in process development; 3 years of using MS Office, including Excel; 3 years of working independently and as part of a cross functional project team3 years of applying communication skills, planning and organizing.
  • English proficiency.
  • International travel (10%).
