We are seeking an IAM Access Operations Senior Specialist with hands-on AIOps/AI skills to ensure stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of Identity & Access Management services. This role owns end-to-end operational excellence for IAM services (e.g., Application Onboarding across IAM platforms like SailPoint, CyberArk, Delinea and Entra, Enterprise privilege risk reduction efforts across On Prem and Cloud platforms, monitoring and reporting) and applies AI-driven operations techniques to prevent incidents, accelerate restoration, improve routing accuracy, and increase self-service/deflection outcomes.

You will partner with IAM product owners, security teams, and the ServiceNow platform organization to ensure access-related services remain available, compliant, secure, and efficient.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

IAM Access & AI-Enabled Operations (Specialized Skills)

1. End-to-End IAM Operations Ownership

  • Own day-to-day IAM operations across access request fulfillment, Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle, RBAC enforcement, and authentication/MFA services.
  • Ensure secure, compliant, and reliable IAM service delivery across platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Delinea, Entra).
  • Maintain integration health and availability of IAM services and interfaces.

2. Application Onboarding & Access Enablement

  • Drive application onboarding across IAM platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Delinea, Entra).
  • Enable self-service access models and automation for provisioning (including disconnected apps via SailPoint/Entra interfaces). Provide onboarding guidance to application teams ensuring readiness and compliance.

3. ITIL-Aligned Service Operations

  • Operate IAM services using ITIL best practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management).
  • Manage SLA/SLO adherence, service availability, and performance metrics.
  • Lead major incident handling, post-incident reviews (PIRs), and corrective actions.

4. AIOps & AI-Driven Operations

  • Apply AIOps techniques to: Reduce operational noise, Improve MTTR and incident recurrence, enhance routing accuracy and self-service adoption.
  • Implement Intelligent alerting and correlation, Automated triage and decisioning, AI-driven next-best-action workflows. Implement human-in-the-loop controls and confidence thresholds for AI decisions.

5. Monitoring, Observability & Reporting

  • Establish and manage monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks across IAM platforms.
  • Track operational health metrics (availability, performance, error rates, integration failures).
  • Deliver centralized dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility and risk tracking.

6. Privileged Access & Risk Reduction Initiatives

  • Lead enterprise privilege risk reduction across on-prem and cloud environments.
  • Enforce least privilege and access governance models.

7. Continuous Improvement & Self-Service Enablement

  • Drive continuous service improvement programs based on operational insights and metrics.
  • Enhance user experience and support efficiency through automation and AI-driven guidance.
  • Drive end-to-end automation of IAM processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with: IAM product owners, Security and risk teams, ServiceNow platform teams and all other stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise IAM transformation programs and onboarding of new platforms/services.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8–12+ years of experience in IAM / Cybersecurity / IT Operations.
  • Proven experience in enterprise IAM operations and delivery.

Experience with:

  • Access request fulfillment & lifecycle (JML – Joiner/Mover/Leaver), RBAC / least privilege models, SSO, MFA, authentication services.
  • Experience working with IAM platforms such as: SailPoint (IIQ/IdentityNow), CyberArk / Delinea (PAM tools, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes - Incident, Change and Problem Management.
  • Monitoring & alerting frameworks, System health, telemetry, and log analysis
  • High availability and rapid service restoration, Proactive detection and prevention of incidents.
  • Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Identity governance and compliance controls (SOX, audit readiness).
  • Risk reduction initiatives (orphan IDs, privilege cleanup, access governance)
  • End-to-end workflow automation - Integration between IAM platforms and ITSM tools
  • Ability to implement AI-driven automation (routing, enrichment, approvals)
  • Ability to translate technical operations into business impact for leadership reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • AIOps / AI & Automation Skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

  • Certifications: ITIL Foundation / Intermediate, CISSP / CISM / CISA (desirable)
  • Experience with: AI Virtual Agents / Agentic AI, LLM Models, Large-scale IAM transformation programs
