Job Description

Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with producers and brokers, identifying business opportunities to achieve sales targets, developing visitation plans for key brokers to strengthen business relationships, and reviewing business trends through performance analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing producers and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
2. Recommend and implement improvements to work procedures and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
4. Conduct regular sales and portfolio analyses to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
5. Monitor and manage assigned brokers to maximize sales volume and business growth.
6. Develop and maintain relationships within relevant industries at both business and professional levels to establish the company as a reliable and valued partner.
7. Continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills through internal and external learning opportunities to ensure high-quality performance and ongoing development.
8. Ensure all assigned activities and initiatives are implemented effectively and completed according to plan.
9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or another related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Relationship Management, Business Development and Improvement, Sales/ Distribution, or other related fields in insurance or banking business
• Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
