Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for stock count (physical count, reconciliation and process inventory adjustment) with co-work with 3PL
  • Collaborate with 3PL for import damage, exceptional cases and physical goods discard/inventory write off
  • Collaborate with QA on damage goods, vendor certification, product return, product on hold and recall process (for 4PL business)
  • Vendor (Forwarder, customs broker, Inland tricking) management to enhance the effectiveness including monthly payment settlement
  • Operation synergy enhancement through strong cooperation with business counterpart
  • Budgeting annual cost for import freight and 3PL (local logistics) cost and its monitoring bi monthly
  • Responsible for custom clearance process including LC process with specific account
  • Responsible for supervision of receiving, storage, internal/external transportation of batch related, miscellaneous, and other materials
  • Responsible for monthly report generation such as billing report, Vendor KPI, internal KPI, freight of cost element
  • Customer order management and monitoring
  • Support to resolve supply issues through appropriate communication with stakeholders
  • Manage transportation and logistics between supplier (origin, Shipper) and warehouse(local destination) through data of shipping documents and etc.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SCM cost and logistics functions (import process, international trading, warehouse, distribution)
  • Must have strong self-leadership and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Ability to set and meet business plan and target.
  • Strategic analytical skills & Good communication skills for smooth process of making shipment, complaints, persuasions to sales/marketing & suppliers
  • Good decision-making skills to select best solution for trouble shooting
  • Fluent English skills for both verbal and writte

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • More than 8~10 years of Planning or Logistics experience in SCM
