岗位职责:

1.结合急重症&血透业务发展方向、制定临床应用策略，针对不同客户在不同阶段的临床需求，搭建培训体系并根据临床支持部项目制定治疗推广方案

2. 负责临床支持和培训内容的创建及更新，包括科室会、线上线下会议支持以及国内、国外文献解读，把控内外部输出质量

3. 有效地将专业学术经验与产品优势传递给区域临床客户，提供专业临床知识培训以及维护KOL以确保临床支持与专业培训策略的执行

4. 充分利用数字化平台，制定多样化线上治疗推广方案，联动内外部资源配合区域学术活动执行落地

5. 配合相关部门对接市场活动、临床技术及临床医学事务，赋能经销商伙伴助力区域产品推广，通过培训效果评估持续优化，支撑业务目标达成

任职资质:

1. 临床医学、护理相关专业本科及以上学历，三甲医院肾科/ICU血液净化3年以上临床经验

2. 3年以上医疗器械临床学术培训经验，有血液净化、重症行业背景优先

3. 具备良好的人际沟通交流能力、专业的演讲能力与跨部门协作能力

4. 擅长学术授课与客户对接，娴熟配合支持大型学术活动，熟练使用数字化工具，能接受出差
