Job Description

The main responsibilities for the Spclst, Market Access HEOR Peru & Chile manager will include:

  • Lead the conducting of health economic modelling (cost-effectiveness, budget impact analysis), to demonstrate the value of R&I products to payers, healthcare providers and regulatory bodies.

  • Develops and enhances the product value proposition by integrating evidence gaps, HEOR analysis and HTA trends to support access and reimbursement, according to the market access strategy.

  • Partners with key internal and external stakeholders to provide scientific evidence, economic models, and published data aligned with payer requirements.

  • Design and implement access strategies with Access teams, including managed entry agreements and innovative payer contracts.

  • Provide training to cross-functional teams on the use on scientific evidence to enhance stakeholders’ discussion.

  • Ensures the scientific quality of final deliverables aligned with market access strategy.

  • Support collaboration on HTA and access strategies with industry associations to promote value evidence-based health care in the whole Health Care System.

  • Develop evidence-based policy documents to support cross-functional teams and enhance engagement with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements:

Experience:

At least 3 years in either a HEOR/ HTA / Access position in Peru or Chile

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (desirable)

More than a year of past experience in public sector (to reduce conflicts of interest)

Education College degree in Health Science, Economy, Health Economy, Epidemiology, or other related field.

Languages: English advanced (written, speaking and reading)
