Sr. Solutions Architect: Financial Infrastructure (HSM & Key Management Exp Req) Description

Our client in the financial technology industry is looking for a Sr. Solutions Architect: Financial Infrastructure to add to their remote first team. In this role, you will report to the CTO and lead architecture for secure digital asset and financial infrastructure deployments, translating customer requirements into production-ready solutions across regulated financial environments. The ideal candidate will have production architecture experience supporting banks, custodians, payment networks, or similarly regulated financial institutions, including hands-on experience with HSMs and key management. To be successful, you must have strong security architecture expertise, understand compliance-driven system design, and be able to lead technical decisions from discovery through production readiness. Sr. Solutions Architect: Financial Infrastructure (HSM & Key Management Exp Req) Responsibilities

• Lead customer architecture from technical discovery through production go-live
• Translate customer requirements into product, protocol, security, and infrastructure needs
• Design secure digital assets, MPC/TSS, HSM, TEE, custody, wallet, and payment architectures
• Design on-premises, cloud, hybrid, HSM-backed, and TEE-backed deployment environments
• Present technical solutions to customers, CISOs, and other security or compliance stakeholders
• Create architecture docs, threat models, compliance mappings, integration guides, & runbooks
• Support technical workshops, security reviews, RFPs, due diligence, and CISO-level discussions
• Partner with customer teams, security leaders, compliance stakeholders, & engineering
• Provide customer feedback to internal teams to improve future deployments
• Prototype/validate architecture decisions using systems programming or infrastructure-as-code
• Define reusable deployment standards for institutional security, compliance, and operations
• Support audits and security reviews with clear, defensible system designs and documentation

Sr. Solutions Architect: Financial Infrastructure (HSM & Key Management Exp Req) Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure, security architecture, solutions architecture, or related field is required
• 5+ years of production architecture experience supporting regulated financial institutions is required
• Hands-on production experience with HSMs and key management is required
• Strong security architecture experience is required; on-prem experience is preferred
• Experience designing systems against compliance frameworks is required
• Availability outside core hours for meetings with global customers is required
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required **RESUMES MUST BE IN ENGLISH**
