About Supermicro:

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Manager to drive business development and product strategy for our expanding Enterprise and Edge AI portfolios. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to promote Supermicro’s end-to-end solutions to channel and integration partners. The ideal candidate possesses sharp analytical skills and a proven track record of execution, enabling them to strategically position our offerings and capture emerging opportunities in the AI market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Product Management & Strategy

• GTM & Alignment: Define go-to-market strategies and align local market needs with HQ product roadmaps.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct research on AI trends and competitive positioning to drive strategy
• Operational Excellence: Optimize internal procedures to improve solution delivery and lifecycle management.

2. Business Development & Partnerships

• Sales Acceleration: Partner with sales, BD and channels to drive PCIe GPU server adoption and ecosystem growth.
• Strategic Growth: Identify new business opportunities through targeted travel and relationship building.

3. Market Presence

• Initiate promotional campaigns and participate at key industry events to boost lead generation and product awareness.

4. Project Execution & Landing

• Technical Support: Provide the solution/technical insights necessary to close complex deals.
• Deployment: Ensure cross-functional coordination to meet customer requirements, secure project landing.

Qualifications:

• 10 years product management or business development experience in IT server industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or management related fields.
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Being able to work in BV office is much preferred.
