The Solution Consultant is responsible for implementing our UKG solutions, for UKG North American customers. As the Solution Consultant, you will sculpt the design of the application and utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established milestones and completion dates. You will work in a team environment to implement products and will work closely with the other Solution Consultants and UKG Project Managers to define and execute the plan to complete system implementations.

About the role:

The Solution Consultant implements UKG solutions for North American customers, with a focus on Canadian organizations. This role leads requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and customer enablement while partnering with Project Managers and other Solution Consultants to deliver successful implementations on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer business processes, requirements, and business rules.
  • Design and configure UKG solutions to meet approved customer requirements.
  • Lead customer meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and working sessions.
  • Advise customers on system functionality, configuration, testing, and industry best practices.
  • Analyze complex or enhanced requirements and document proposed solutions and processes.
  • Support customer testing, issue resolution, and implementation readiness.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer to enable customers to use and maintain the solution.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Consultants to achieve project milestones.
  • Manage competing priorities, identify risks, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Promote a positive implementation and customer experience while maintaining accountability for deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Capital Management, preferably with Canadian payroll experience.
  • 3 or more years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS implementation/consulting environment.
  • Experience implementing HCM, payroll, workforce management, or related enterprise software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, consulting, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to changing requirements and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed international team.
  • Ability to work 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Bulgaria time to support North American eastern standard time business hours.
  • Fluency in English and French.

The pay range for this position is €24,900 to €33,550. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
