【職缺概述】
Solution Application Engineer將從事各大醫療院所 或系統商的方案銷售 服務、專案建置或提供產品技術諮詢的服務；從叫號軟體、醫療電腦到運送機器人等各種醫療院所需的產品或方案以滿足業績成長的需求以及達到即時的客戶服務。
【工作內容】
1. 協助業務推廣產品，樣品組裝測試，規格討論等。
2. 專案現場建置。
3. 客戶技術諮詢或專案現場維護處理以及客戶所需教育訓練處理。
4. 協力廠商的教育訓練與管理。
5. 專案產品文件製作。
6. 與客戶溝通專案內容與說明。
7. 跨部門合作，釐清與收斂問題並回覆客戶。
【職缺條件】
1. 資訊電子電機理工程學科類學士以上畢業。
2. 3年以上技術支援服務相關經驗。
3. 具電腦軟硬體技術者。
4. 具醫療產業電腦相關之軟/硬體的特殊專長。
5. 個性積極、正面且工作認真細心負責。
6. 抗壓性強，具溝通協調能力。
7. 能與客戶應對、談吐合宜者。
8. 須能配合出差。
9. 有汽機車駕照者。
【加分條件】
1. 在醫療資訊服務行業工作2年以上者尤佳。
2. 懂網路設定與故障排除（包含Switch、Router、LAN/Wi-Fi, Server系統安裝）及設定與維護經驗者佳。
3. 懂RAID、遠端管理、虛擬化-Linux/Windows 作業系統安裝與除錯能力者佳。
