We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer to identify and solve supply chain challenges through software solutions. As Tesla aims to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy, this role will involve collaborating with supply chain teams to align software features with operational workflows and drive efficiencies. This Product Engineer will be part of a team that is focused on delivering a highly scalable platform that enables the growth of current and future products and services. They will oversee the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing, deployment and postlaunch improvements. They will work directly with users to gather feedback, identify pain points and uncover opportunities for product enhancement. They must work closely with the software development team to manage and prioritize the backlog, ensuring clear communication of priorities and timelines.

Expected Compensation
$136,000 - $264,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
