As a Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack, you will serve as a technical senior engineer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performing software solutions across frontend, backend, data, and AI-enabled systems. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Data Engineering, and Engineering teams to build enterprise-grade applications that are reliable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. You will drive technical excellence by influencing architecture decisions, establishing engineering best practices, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of business-critical solutions. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in modern web technologies, microservices architecture, cloud-native development, agile software delivery practices, and AI-enabled application development.
The ideal candidate has practical experience building AI-native systems that solve real business problems at scale. This includes working with LLMs, orchestration frameworks, tool-calling architectures, model context protocols, vector databases, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and enterprise AI integration patterns. This role requires an engineer who can execute direction from leadership, deliver results aligned with strategic objectives, communicate critical information across teams, support vendor and platform evaluations, and help develop engineering processes that align with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, Java, Spring Boot, and modern engineering frameworks.

  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performing RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.

  • Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, reliability, and performance.

  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX designers, security teams, infrastructure teams, and engineering teams to deliver business solutions.

  • Design and implement database solutions using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Apache Druid, and BigQuery.

  • Integrate applications with messaging and event-streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka.

  • Design and build AI-enabled application capabilities using Large Language Models, AI agents, retrieval-based patterns, tool-calling workflows, and enterprise integration patterns.

  • Develop production-ready AI-native features that integrate with internal APIs, databases, documents, operational systems, and enterprise platforms.

  • Build and integrate agentic workflows using frameworks and platforms such as Google Agent Development Kit, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.

  • Implement Model Context Protocol-based integrations, including MCP servers, tools, and clients, to enable secure and reusable enterprise capabilities for AI systems.

  • Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, metadata filtering, and grounded response patterns.

  • Apply prompt engineering, context management, AI evaluation, observability, and guardrail practices to improve the quality, safety, reliability, and effectiveness of AI-enabled solutions.

  • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and delivery efficiency.

  • Create and maintain automated unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests.

  • Implement appropriate testing strategies for AI-enabled features, including response quality validation, regression evaluation, hallucination checks, latency monitoring, and cost awareness.

  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, secure coding practices, and engineering best practices.

  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture reviews, system design sessions, and engineering improvement initiatives.

  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team members.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute technical direction, deliver outcomes aligned to strategic objectives, and communicate critical updates across teams.

  • Support process improvements, vendor interactions, technical evaluations, and engineering standards that align with organizational goals.

Years of Experience

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack Engineering.

  • 5+ years of experience working across the Software Development Life Cycle.

  • 4+ years of experience with database technologies.

  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

  • Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications, LLM-based solutions, AI agents, RAG pipelines, MCP integrations, or agentic workflow systems.

  • Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.

  • Experience leading technical initiatives, influencing design decisions, or mentoring engineering teams.
