About our group:

Our Test Platform Development Team is part of the Characterization and Analysis Group (CAG), delivering advanced software platforms to support test systems, data analysis, and engineering insights for transducer design. We collaborate with global teams across the US and UK to build scalable, reliable, and modern web-based solutions for engineering and manufacturing environments.

About the role - you will:

• Design and develop scalable web applications and platforms to support test systems, data visualization, and engineering workflows
• Define and implement software architecture (frontend, backend, API, database, integration layers) aligned with enterprise standards
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs / Microservices for integration with hardware systems, test equipment, and data pipelines
• Develop real-time dashboards and monitoring tools for test platforms and production systems
• Ensure code quality, security, performance, and maintainability using best practices
• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, version control, and automated testing
• Lead or contribute to technical design reviews and architectural decisions
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and digital transformation
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities (e.g., natural language query, automated insights, and intelligent assistants) to enhance engineering workflows and data-driven decision-making

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Strong experience in Web Application Development & System Architecture
• Proficiency in C# (.NET / ASP.NET Core), NodeJS for backend development
• Experience with Frontend frameworks (React, Next, or Vue)
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (Microservices, Clean Architecture, MVC, etc.)
• Experience with database design (SQL / NoSQL)
• Knowledge of API design, system integration, and distributed systems
• Understanding of DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment

• Designing scalable backend services and system architecture
• Working in cross-functional and global teams
• Delivering high-quality, maintainable, and production-ready software
• Proven problem-solving skills in engineering contexts
• Exposure to AI-driven applications or intelligent automation is a plus
