We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience creating intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces for RPA related tasks, websites, applications, and other software . They combine user-centered design principles with visual design to enhance user satisfaction and engagement. Essentially, they bridge the gap between user needs and technical implementation
The Role/Responsibilities
Conducting user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Designing user flows, site maps, and information architecture to create clear and efficient navigation.
Developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
Creating visually appealing interfaces using color palettes, typography, imagery, and other design elements.
Designing specific UI elements like buttons, forms, icons, and navigation menus.
Conducting usability testing to identify areas for improvement and ensure the design is intuitive and user-friendly.
Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
Keeping up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
