Tener mentalidad de producto y ownership; fuerte base en backend Java, diseño de servicios y patrones de integración.
Poseer capacidad para leer métricas/alertas y tomar decisiones técnicas informadas.
Contar con comunicación clara para colaborar con múltiples stakeholders.
