As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, you'll own the foundation of the company's web platform, build consumer-facing experiences from 0→1, establish frontend engineering standards, and collaborate closely with product and backend teams to deliver world-class user experiences.

What You'll Do
- Build and own consumer-facing web applications from concept through production
- Establish the foundation and technical standards for the company's web platform
- Develop highly polished user experiences using React and TypeScript
- Build scalable frontend architecture supporting future web and mobile expansion
- Create responsive, high-performance interfaces with thoughtful animations and micro-interactions
- Partner closely with backend engineers to design APIs, data models, and application architecture
- Build internal tools and dashboards that improve operational efficiency and decision-making
- Own frontend engineering best practices, standards, and development workflows
- Translate product ideas and designs into pixel-perfect production experiences
- Improve application performance, reliability, and user experience quality
- Contribute to technical decisions across frontend, backend integrations, and product infrastructure
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ship high-impact consumer features
Ideal Candidate Background
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of fullstack software engineering experience
- Strong experience building consumer-facing web applications
- Experience shipping 0→1 products at fast-growing startups
- Experience owning major frontend platforms, systems, or product initiatives
- Experience building highly polished user-facing applications
- Experience working in high-agency, ambiguous startup environments
- Demonstrated ownership of products or features from concept through launch
- Strong product intuition with a focus on user experience and business impact
Technical Requirements
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture, patterns, hooks, and performance optimization
- Experience building complex consumer web applications
- Experience implementing polished UI with animations, interactions, and responsive design
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals and modern frontend development practices
- Experience partnering with backend engineers on API design and data modeling
- Experience building scalable frontend platforms and component systems
- Experience with application performance optimization and frontend reliability
- Experience working with modern web development tooling and infrastructure
- Ability to understand product requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions
