Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Corona and Banking Reconciliation Systems to support enterprise banking platforms and financial operations initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess both strong functional knowledge of banking reconciliation processes and hands-on technical expertise within Oracle Corona environments. The role requires the ability to support, configure, troubleshoot, and integrate reconciliation platforms while working closely with banking operations and technology teams.

Candidates with experience in similar reconciliation products such as SmartStream TLM, FIS Intellimatch, Duco, Frontier Reconciliation, or Broadridge Reconciliation Solutions are also encouraged to apply.

This role is highly techno-functional and requires ownership across both product knowledge and technical delivery.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, support, and maintain Oracle Corona reconciliation solutions.
• Work closely with business and operations teams to understand banking reconciliation requirements and implement product configurations.
• Perform functional analysis and support business-driven changes across reconciliation workflows.
• Design and implement integrations between Oracle Corona and multiple enterprise banking systems.
• Develop and maintain Oracle SQL and PL/SQL components supporting reconciliation processes.
• Perform troubleshooting, production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Configure and maintain Windows batch scripts and Task Scheduler jobs.
• Support payment and trade reconciliation processes across banking platforms.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies and engineering best practices.
• Support automation, CI/CD practices, and modern engineering methodologies where applicable.

Required Functional Skills

Candidates should possess strong functional knowledge of:

• Banking reconciliation processes
• Financial operations and transaction reconciliation
• Oracle Corona product configurations

• Business-driven change implementation
• Reconciliation lifecycle management

Strong functional knowledge of the following Oracle Corona modules:

• Reconciliation Module (Mandatory)
• Cash Module
• Confirmation Module
• Universal Data Module

Nice to Have:

• Securities Module

Required Technical Skills

Oracle Corona (Mandatory)

• Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Corona.
• Strong experience working within Oracle Corona Reconciliation environments.
• Experience configuring and supporting Oracle Corona solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting Oracle Corona-related issues and integrations.

Oracle Database & Development

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with:
• Oracle Database
• SQL
• PL/SQL development

Strong experience in:

• Data extraction
• Query optimization
• Database troubleshooting
• Reconciliation data processing

Banking Reconciliation Products (Highly Preferred)

Candidates with experience in any of the following products will be considered:

• SmartStream TLM
• FIS Intellimatch
• Duco Reconciliation Platform
• Finastra Frontier Reconciliation
• Broadridge Reconciliation Solutions

Oracle Corona remains the preferred and primary skill requirement.
