Day to day responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Your work tasksresponsibilities
- Design and develop state of the art, modern, high performing web application frontend.
- You are part of an agile development team, the 12 principles of the “agile manifesto” guide you during SAAS components development.
- Review of feature documentation and assisting the team in breaking down all features into stories for the team backlog.
- Analyze business problems, design solutions, and develop modern web applications, follow best coding practices like code review, unit tests etc.
- Ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements of existing systems and platforms.
- Creation and maintenance of technical specifications.
- Active participation in the implementation, operation and troubleshooting of new cloud-based and cloud-hosted services.
- Active participation in building and improving our continuous integration and deployment processes (CI/CD).
- Participation (virtual or in person) in planning meetings for coordination between the Scrum teams.
- Participation in the continuous improvement of our Agile and DevOps culture and engineering best practices.
- Monitoring system performance and creation of highly scalable and operable systems.
- Independent and joint development of solutions for complex problems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in computer science or comparable qualification and 5+ years professional experience as frontend software engineer.
- Expert in writing angular components, and modules.
Good understanding of web application development, build and deployment.
Minimum 3+ years’ experience with Angular and Typescript for SaaS based application or related functions.
- Good understanding in development, unit test creation with JavaScript and Typescript.
- Good understanding of modern user interface frameworks such as material UI.
- Collaborative working habits that accelerate the team.
- Very good spoken and written English (minimum C1 / C2 desired)
- Practical experience in the application of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
- Responsible, independent, and solution-oriented working style that is based on an overall understanding of the respective problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing enterprise scale, multi-user applications in Angular.
- Solid understanding of designing and optimizing frontend/presentation layer for large scale usage.
- Experience in creating integration tests in Microsoft Playwright.
HYBRID – This role will be based out of The Leela Officelocated on the 4th Floor, Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bangalore- 560008. Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
