We are looking for a Full-stack Sr. Software Engineer to join our tight-knit engineering team of 6. You won't just be taking tickets off a backlog; you will be an owner of what you build. You will work directly with our Head of Engineering and a team of Staff-level engineers to design, build, and launch critical product features.
This is a unique opportunity for an up-and-coming engineer who wants to accelerate their career by working on high-complexity problems in a high-velocity startup environment.
We work in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday–Thursday) in the San Francisco Financial District
Help guide our overall strategy through design, prototyping, and launching.
Collaborate directly with product, design, and engineering.
Balance speed and quality, with always an eye for learning quickly.
Maintain a culture of code quality through rigorous testing, automation, and code reviews.
3+ years of software engineering experience solving complex engineering challenges
Experience across our tech stack is valuable, but not required
Experience using agentic coding platforms in a professional environment
Strong critical thinker: Ability to walk through an objectively complex technical problem you’ve solved with clarity and depth
Product-focused engineer: A builder mindset with an eye for user experience and a desire to see their work impact customers
Self-motivated "Doer": Proven initiative through side projects, founder experience, or technical fellowships
Strong communicator: Capable of collaborating in a high-velocity, in-person environment
Organized and self-sufficient: Able to take ownership of an area of the app and drive it forward

Base salary range: $150,000 - $190,000
