Architect, design, and implement solutions to modernize existing applications into cloud-native architectures
Support and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable automated, zero-downtime deployments (blue/green deployments)
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability using microservices and containerized solutions
Work with container orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes
Ensure application security, stability, and compliance with industry best practices
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve production issues
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, APIs, and CI/CD workflows
Train and support development teams in new tools, processes, and modern engineering practices
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the technology stack
Senior-level experience as a Software Engineer or Platform Engineer
Strong knowledge of modern software development practices, including Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps principles
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Solid understanding of microservices and service-oriented architectures (SOA)
Proficiency with Git and modern source control practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong knowledge of Core Java (latest versions)
Experience with Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Security) and Hibernate
Proficiency in SQL, JDBC, JPA, and database management
Experience with API design and integration
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG
