  • Support containerisation initiatives using Docker and contribute to CI/CD automation practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and help advance shared engineering standards across the team.

Who you are

  • Strong understanding of modern frontend engineering, component-based architectures, performance optimisation, and user interface best practices.
  • Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services and defining scalable API contracts.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, caching approaches, and data modelling techniques.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GoCD.
  • Strong experience with Git-based workflows, collaborative development practices, and code reviews.
  • Ability to take technical ownership, contribute to architectural decisions, and support the growth of other engineers.
  • Awareness of Docker and related containerisation technologies; knowledge of Kubernetes would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in cross-functional environments.
  • A continuous learning mindset with an interest in emerging technologies, automation, and process improvement.
