We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in software development (3+ years hands-on experience) combined with 3+ years of experience as a SAFe Release Train Engineer.
The RTE will serve as a servant leader, coach, and program-level facilitator who ensures alignment, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple agile teams. A deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is essential to effectively guide teams, manage dependencies, and ensure predictable delivery of features and releases.
This role requires deep understanding of SDLC to ensure seamless flow from feature definition to deployment, alignment across development and QA, early risk identification, and continuous improvement in delivery predictability and quality.
