You'll work alongside creatives, strategists, producers, and account teams to shape always-on content, integrated campaigns, and real-time moments for brands that want to stay relevant in an ever-changing world.

Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, designers, producers, creators, and account teams to bring ideas from concept to live execution.
Shape content calendars that balance planned campaigns with agile, real-time storytelling.
Analyze performance, uncover audience insights, and continuously evolve content strategies based on what people genuinely respond to.
Keep raising the creative bar by questioning what's expected, experimenting with new formats, and pushing for work that earns attention instead of demanding it.
At least 4 years of experience managing social media within a creative, digital, or integrated agency.
You understand platform culture, not just platform feature; and know how content behaves differently across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and emerging channels.
You think like both a creator and a strategist, balancing creative instinct with audience insights and performance data.
You're naturally curious, always observing culture, creators, trends, and the evolving ways people communicate online.
You stay calm in fast-moving environments, managing multiple brands without losing attention to detail or creative quality.
You're collaborative, proactive, and generous with ideas; because you know great social work is built together.
