A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia, is excited to announce an opening for a Sr. Secretary specializing in Construction and Pipeline projects in Saudi Arabia. This position calls for a highly organized individual with strong administrative skills and a background in the construction industry. The Sr. Secretary will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and ensuring the seamless operation of administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to project managers and the construction team.
• Manage scheduling and logistics for meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, contracts, and correspondence.
• Assist in the coordination of project activities and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to information.
• Handle communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with any other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in administration or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in construction or pipeline projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
