[ROLE SUMMARY]

Sr. SCQ Specialist 는 Head of Quality - Korea 에 보고하며, 비아트리스 코리아의 Quality Management System 이 글로벌 정책 및 기준, 관련 법규와 요구사항을 준수하면서 지속적으로 발전·유지될 수 있도록 실행하고 기여합니다. 또한 환자에게 고품질의 의약품과 서비스를 안정적이고 원활하게 공급할 수 있도록 품질 문화(Quality Culture)를 적극적으로 구축하고 강화합니다. 본 포지션은 약사 자격을 기반으로 수입관리책임자의 역할을 수행합니다.　

• The key role of this job is to execute sustainable Quality Management System to be aligned with Viatris Global policy and standard and applicable local regulations within SCQ.

• The key role is contributing to foster quality culture and proactively enable seamless supply of high-quality products and services to our patients

• The key role is expected to fulfil the Quality Responsible Person role as a registered pharmacist.

[ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES]　

• Participate in the establishment and maintenance of QMS Quality Culture within Viatris Country in compliance with internal & external requirements.

• Resolve Product Quality and Compliance Issues and contribute to continuous improvement through Deviation, Complaints, Change management, CAPA, Quality risk management and Critical Quality Notification Management.

• Manage the local batch release procedure and oversee the local re-dressing procedure.

• Manage the local quality release test procedure.

• Manage the audit program.

• Oversee and monitor supplier’s performance and activities.

• Establish and realize the personal development plan.

• Serve as the Quality Responsible Person role as a registered pharmacist.

[QUALIFICATIONS]

• Bachelor’s degree in related scientific discipline with relevant experience.

• A valid Korean Pharmacist license is required to serve as the responsible person.

• Basic experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, distribution, and control measures.

• Fluent English communication skills - verbal and written.

• Previous experience from a Quality related position in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy – able to follow verbal and written instruction (SOP’s).
