We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex The role involves designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support complex business processes and deliver a seamless user experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience, a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop scalable and reusable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform capabilities
- Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to support customer service and business operations.
- Work with Field Service Lightning (FSL) to develop and enhance field-service-related processes and functionality.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce technical solutions.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, asynchronous jobs, and other Salesforce customizations.
- Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using LWC
- Design and implement Salesforce automation while following platform best practices and governor-limit considerations.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using appropriate APIs and integration mechanisms.
- Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, code reviews, and solution assessments.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain unit tests and ensure appropriate code coverage before deployment.
- Support deployment activities across development, testing, and production environments.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, architects, QA teams, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers where required.
- Maintain technical documentation covering solutions, configurations, integrations, and development standards.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Strong hands-on expertise as a Salesforce Developer
- Excellent proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce development frameworks
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, security, automation, and governor limits.
- Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Strong understanding of SOQL, SOSL, triggers, asynchronous Apex, batch processing, and platform events.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment processes, version control, and development best practices.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning capabilities.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong focus on code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or related certifications are an advantage.
