Join our innovative team as a Senior Salesforce Developer and make a meaningful impact on global life sciences. In this role, you'll design and develop sophisticated software solutions. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies across cloud platforms, data integration, and enterprise systems to deliver robust applications that power our essential operations and improve the customer experience.

Working in an agile environment, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, implement and optimize solutions and you will have the opportunity to drive technical innovation while supporting the growth of other developers and establishing best practices for software development excellence.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop user specific solutions using Apex classes, Triggers, Controllers & Controller Extensions, Components, and Test Methods.

• Effective project management and adhering to established timelines.

• Working with Salesforce.com sandbox and production environments.

• Excellent skills in creating/troubleshooting/modifying Apex code and Visual force pages.

• Supporting the administration setup, release management, Apex, Visual force and different Salesforce.com development tools like Force.com, Eclipse IDE and integration tools like Oracle Fusion Middleware.

• Apex coding to implement the complex business logic within the governor limits enforced by Salesforce.com.

• Writing test classes and test methods to ensure maximum code coverage in production instance.

• Supporting integration of Salesforce.com applications with other applications.

• Designing of custom objects, custom fields, pick list, workflow alerts and actions, validation rules, approval processes, custom tabs, custom reports, report folders, report extractions to various formats, design of Visualforce Pages, record types, and email generation according to business requirements.

• Designing and building user interfaces, frameworks, components, navigation elements and customization for an extensive, highly interactive cloud-based business application.

• Querying Salesforce.com database using SOQL & SOSL queries.

• Supporting development involving web technologies like HTML, XML, CSS, JSP, JavaScript, DL, and SOAP.

• Creating batch Apex and schedule Apex development.

• Extensive Experience in data migration and integration using Data loader Utility.

Required Qualifications:

• IT experience that includes 7+ years in Salesforce.com CRM Platform as a Developer with proven experience in software development

• Ability to work effectively across multiple facilities and reporting lines.

• Salesforce.com developer certification

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with effective troubleshooting mechanisms and highly adaptable to different work environments

• Education & Experience levels: BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
