Senior Salesforce Developer responsible for hands-on configuration and custom

development across the Salesforce platform, primarily supporting Life Sciences Cloud,

Service Cloud, and MuleSoft integrations. This role executes solution designs created by

the Salesforce Architect and works closely with Business Analysts, PMO, and QA. This is an

individual contributor role. No travel. Fully remote.

Core Responsibilities

• Implement Salesforce solutions using configuration and custom code aligned to

approved architecture and functional designs

• Develop and maintain Apex (classes, triggers, async processing), Lightning Web

Components (LWC), and Flows

• Build and support Life Sciences Cloud data models, business processes, and

automations

• Deliver Service Cloud capabilities (case management, Omnichannel routing,

entitlements, email-to-case)

• Design and implement integrations using MuleSoft or similar middleware

(REST/SOAP APIs, event-based patterns)

• Support integration reliability practices (error handling, retries, idempotency)

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design reviews

• Write unit tests, support SIT/UAT, and resolve defects

• Support regulated life sciences delivery (validation, auditability, change control)

• Follow SDLC and CI/CD release practices

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years Salesforce development experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and data modeling

• Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (Service Cloud preferred)

• Experience building and supporting integrations

• Experience with DevOps practices (Git, SFDX, CI/CD tools)

• Experience working in Agile delivery teams

Required Salesforce Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I

• Salesforce Administrator (preferred or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

• Life sciences or healthcare project experience

• Experience with Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud

• Experience with Veeva or IQVIA OCE

• Exposure to GxP-regulated or validated environments

• Additional certifications: Platform Developer II, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce,

Marketing Cloud
