Sr. Sales Operations Advisor

What does a successful Senior Sales Operations Advisor do at Fiserv?

As a successful Senior Sales Operations Advisor, you will be a strategic partner to executive sales leaders, providing the insights, processes, systems and operating discipline required to improve sales performance. You will lead core sales operations activities across pipeline management, forecasting, sales reporting, quota planning and process improvement.

What you will do:

  • Serve as a trusted sales operations partner to executive sales leaders, translating strategic priorities into operational plans, performance measures and actionable recommendations.
  • Own and improve pipeline management and forecasting processes, including cadence, methodology, inspection, data quality, risk identification and forecast accuracy.
  • Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc sales reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready analyses that highlight trends, gaps, risks and opportunities.
  • Administer and optimize Salesforce.com processes, reporting, dashboards and data standards to support consistent sales execution and decision-making.
  • Lead annual and in-year quota planning, including target-setting support, modeling, territory and capacity analysis, documentation and governance.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for pipeline health, conversion, productivity, attainment, forecast accuracy and sales execution.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems or a related business discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Sales Enablement or Finance (supporting the Sales function.)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, including reporting, dashboards, data quality and sales process support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate concise, actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to support and influence executive sales leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational and stakeholder-management skills.

What would be great to have:

  • Experience supporting a large, multi-business or geographically dispersed sales organization.
  • Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Knowledge of territory design, incentive compensation, capacity planning or sales productivity methodologies.

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Salary Range

$75,000.00 - $124,800.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
