• Relationship & Cross-Functional Partnership
◦ Cultivate relationships with economic buyers and executive stakeholders across complex buying committees, and identify cross-sell opportunities for Odyssey's broader transportation portfolio within newly acquired FMS accounts.
◦ Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership to design solutions, build competitive offers, manage contractual risk, and drive seamless execution.
• Pipeline Management & Execution
◦ Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales activity, forecast, and opportunity records in Salesforce CRM.
◦ Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and ownership in progressing opportunities and resolving client issues to drive outcomes.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven success selling fulfillment services, chemical/specialty warehousing, or e-commerce fulfillment solutions to new business accounts; 5+ years of experience in chemical, specialty, or hazardous materials warehousing, sample management, or fulfillment services; 5+ years with Small Parcel, LTL, and TL
