- Development and execution of the Growth Strategy for OEM/Tier 1 Automotive customers.
- Transparent alignment of key actions with stakeholders, including management and product owners.
- Establishment of multi-level customer relationships to support account strategy, coordinating internal resources such as local field application & engineers, program management, and business unit staff for driving design wins.
- Driving the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, handling issue resolution, managing contract and pricing negotiations.
- Provision of value-added feedback on customer needs to management, business units, and customer service teams.
- Short- and long-term sales/revenue planning.

- Demonstrated success in driving results in the Automotive Market, with 5-10 years of experience in sales, applications, program management, or marketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team player capable of effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
